A Direct Primary Care or DPC, is a membership model of healthcare that puts patients first by giving patients easier access to their physician.

Our practice is devoted to the maintenance of your good health, to the enhancements of your daily experience that only physical well-being can bring. We’re here for your reactive needs. But proactive healthcare is important, and we’re here for that, too.
Our goal is to limit or eliminate your need for non-emergent acute visits at clinics such as urgent care, by efficiently being responsive to your clinical concerns. In addition, we can also be available via phone, text, email or virtual visits for health care needs that arise when you are away from home.

Our goal is to provide hassle-free and convenient health care. If something comes up, please let us know and we are happy to reschedule appointments. There are no penalties for no show or cancellations

Lake Area Direct Care does not bill insurance for services and is not an insurance plan.
If you have insurance, it can be used for labs, medications, specialist, or hospital services. However, our prices most often will be lower than insurance-associated pricing.

We will always try to accommodate patient needs. Typically sick visits will be able to be scheduled on the same day or next day.

All emergencies should be handled with 911 or in the emergency room. Members will be given several methods to contact our team for urgent or non urgent matters.

Subscriptions will be billed on the 1st of the month and can be paid by bank withdrawal and credit card. Many patients also choose to use HSA and FSA, however it is recommended to consult your tax advisor for guidance on your individual situation.

There are no contracts or obligations at Lake Area Direct Care. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
We cannot guarantee a spot in the future, but we will be happy to place you on a waiting list. If you choose to re-enroll in the future there will be a re- enrollment fee.

We do not provide surgical care, obstetric care, chronic pain management, or chronic benzodiazepine management. We are a primary clinic. There may be conditions or situations that are better served by a specialist. We will work hard to facilitate that connection for you.
